Printing problem (Colours not available)

Hi,
There is one report where i can see colors when displayed in web ,but when taken a printout of it, it dsen't show background colours given to groups, as it prints only the line and tect part on the reports.
Is this problem printer specific?
I have taken a print out from the other machine where color is available in printout.
My printer is same.
Are there any settings required for every machine or can we set printing properties for a report?
How to resolve this issue???

It sounds like you need to update your drivers for the printer. If it is printing fine from the other machine and you have the same printer then it should work the same on both the machines.

Hi KC,
Now i'm facing same problem even if i take printouts from the other machine of my reports.For existing reports that becomes with the MS business application, gets background color in the report.But for my reports, the color disappears, How to solve this issue?
