Printing Priotities

I thought i knew this one but it wouldn't seem so. Can i set a high priority for a user or group to print to a certain printer. So if there are jobs currently in the queue a user, for instance a manager will go to the top of the list and be able to print their jobs first??

Create a new group called "Managers" add the managers user accounts to this group. Add this group to the printer and give the group print priority 99.

All other users can print priority of 1. ( everyone )
