Printing Multiple Envelopes in Word Automatically!

I have created a set of Addresses, which I want to print on envelopes. There are about 300 addresses and I want them to be printed in 300 envelopes.

But the problem is for printing I need to go to the "Envelopes and Labels" option from "Tools" menu to print and only the address that is selected gets printed. And I need to repeat this procedure to print each and every address.

Isn't there an easy way by which I just give one print command and each address gets printed on each envelope that I manually feed into?

 
You need to use mail merge for that.
e.g. menu tools-> mail merge-> select "envelopes..." as main document, and go from there.

It can get the addresses from some of your mail programs, or from an external data source, or even a word document.

I tried ur option, But while printing nothing is getting printed. Even, when I view the Receipients from "Preview your envelopes", I can just see the text box but with no entries!!!!
 
I used Office XP and it didn't work for me so I switched to Office 97 and it is working fine. I don't the reason why! But it is fine now!
