Printing multiple e-mails on one page isn't available...

A user is having a problem with printing in Outlook XP on a Win XP Pro box. When he selects multiple e-mails to print in his Inbox, the option that reads "Start each e-mail on a new page" is greyed out and he can't change it. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Never mind, I found out the solution is to change the Mail Format from HTML to Rich Text or Plain Text.
