When I issue the mkdev lp the manager screen flashes and I see a message that says, "unable to get allowed/denied form" Has anyone ever seen this or know the solution for this? I would appreciate any help that is given.

Seems that your scoadmin is broken.
Do a man custom to see how you can check your software install.

I tried looking at man custom but it's not acting right either. I have a feeling I will be re-installing to correct this problem. Unless there are anymore suggestions.
