Printing IP Addresses

I have an Option 81c Rls. 3 Succession, with Call Pilot 5 and CC6 attached. Is there a way to print all the IP addresses associated with the CPP IIs, CallPilot, and CC6 from the PBX CLI?

We are upgrading to a CS1000M MG and I just have a couple of questions... how many IP addresses do I need for the CS1K ELAN, CLAN AND TLAN if needed, and how many do I need for the Sig Server?

Go to LD 117 and PRT HOST PRT ROUTE AND PRT MASK
That should give you the PBX IP'S

GO to LD 48 STAT ELAN which will show you the ELAN IP'S of the Call Pilot and CC6

The 1000M needs 2 IP adresses one for each core.
The Signaling server needs 1 ELAN and 1TLAN for the physical connections and 1 TLAN for the node IP
We also need 1 ELAN and 1TLAN for VGMC card.

 
Thank you so much, so the 2 IP addresses for each core are for E-LAN and C-LAN? What about TLAN?

Also, I noticed the vendor did not include any MC32S cards or VGMC, is this normal practice, not to have any MC32S?
I think they are only needed if IP sets will be deployed correct?
 
The call servers only get E-LAN addresses.

You need 2 because you have 2 cores - 1 Active, 1 Standby.

You need DSPs (VGMC (MC-32), MC-32s, or MGC DSP daughterboard) whenever you need to convert between TDM and one of the VoIP codecs.

If you are not adding any IP Line (VoIP Trunks - SIP, or H.323), or IP sets you don't need any DSPs.

PBX CPUs - 2 ELANs - one each
SigServers - 1 Elan and 2 Tlan (1 is the Node IP-no physical connection)
DSPs - 1 elan and 1 Tlan for each card
 
Make sense, but I noticed that each one of the CPPM PIV card has 2 Ethernet ports, one for the e-lan and the other one for?

the other is for the 2 CPUs to talk to each other - if side by side this is probably a cross-over cable.

It is possible for the two CPUs to be located in different locations.
 
Yes. The 2nd port is for the HSP (High Speed Pipe) and is usually connected via cross connect cable.

In CS1000E switches set up in Campus Redundant mode, the 2 Call Servers are in different geographic locations, and then you need high speed connectivity between the 2 ports (Off the top of my head, I think it requires a guaranteed 300MBps low latency link to keep the Hard Drives and Memory synchronized)
