help. i don't know what i have done here, but my black logo is printing with a red hue and shadow. it printed properly before. what did i do?

simply put, my printer went ballistic. after about 5 hrs. it has been readjusted and all is well. lack of confidence w/PS led me to believe i had done something to the program. thanks for the reply.

fyi...I have had the same problem if my printer is idle for a week or so. I need to run the "print head clean" routine then all is well.
