Hello,
I had an issue with printing out of the ActiveX or Java viewers from an ASP application where the message "Unable to Print" would pop up on certain workstations when users attempted to print the reports. It turned out that if I installed a default printer on those stations that used the same printer driver as the driver used to design the report, everything would work fine.
My question is...Is there a way to design the reports so that it won't matter what a user has selected as a default printer or what they use as a printer driver? I'm using v.8.5
Thanks in advance.
