Printing FP2.6/W reports on odd sized forms

I'm trying to generate a monthly mailing printed on fan-fold postcard stock (the stock is old) and none of the pre-defined paper types match the size of the stock I'm using. How can I specify the paper type? I've created the report file with the correct dimensions for the paper but have had no luck so far. I've also tried choosing "user defined" for paper type, but that just cuts the right 2/3 of the report off the screen. Any ideas????
