Printing extra page

I am printing a report that gives me all the correct data, but prints an extra page at the end and it is blank. I know why, because I have New Page After checked in the section expert, but is there a formula to stop the printing on a blank page????

Hi Dross,

Try it like this:
Check "New Page After" in the section expert and insert the following formula behind it:

not onlastrecord;

That's it!

I have a report in Crystal 8.5 with 1 group in it used for invoice prints. I have the group footer formated to print at the bottom of the page. This creates an extra page on the end record even though there are none. If I remove the setting to print at bottom of page, the extra page does not print, but I get my totals directly underneath the details. I do not have the new page after checked and I have tried supressing blank section on all of the sections. Has anyone come across this before? I have run the same report in a version 8.0 enviroment and it works correctly with the print at bottom of page checked. Wierd!!
