I'm not sure where to ask this question.
We have at least 100 e-mails that arrive each. The e-mail may or may not have an attachment. The problem is someone has to sit and manually each e-mail and print the contents of the e-mail. Is there any way we can automate the process so that as the e-mail arrives the e-mail and its attachmnets on printed. Is there such a feature in Outlook or Microsoft?

Thanks

I hope not. How many forests do you want to waste printing out all emails and attachments. What crazy procedures you must have in place.

I doubt seriously that your desires will cause deforrestation,as fewer and fewer people are actually printing things now
BUT - I think you will have to first:
Apply a rule that filters the email(get rid of junk)
Move the emails to another folder
Gather the Mail Items into an array
Process the array one element at a time - Print the email
Now Move the messages to another folder = printed items

This is similar to routing emails to other people substituting the printing for routing.

All of this can be accomplished via Automation or VBA and will be very trickey to code. Attachments and multiple inboxes will further complicate things.

Sorry i dont have any code to share with you.
