Hi ,
I have no clue where to start from, thats why seeking help(any code snippet or example would be highly appreciated)
I need to print a label conating all the informatio and a barcode for the alphanumeric value.
The printer i am using is a thermal printer "Star TSP700"

If you could give me pointer or direction that would also be a great help.
thanks.

Depends on what type of barcode you want to use, but if your happy with the standard then do a search for code 39 barcode font there are several out there for free. And you just use it like a normal font and print it with th vb.net print tools.

try to research for the SDK of star printer. there is a lot the can be found in the web.

Obtain what ever barcode font you want to use. Download it (if possible) then uncompress (if it's a zip file) in to your windows font folder. As mentioned, it works like any other font. I use them all the time here at work.

Also do a google search for something like: vb net printing. There is lots of stuff out there. A good site is: They have a very good example of how to print directly to the printer.
