If i print a letter from outlook and set up all of the correct parameters, it still looks like crap. The print out will have all of the data but it cuts it <br>
up<br>
like <br>
this. If i go and set the font size to one lower it works, however. any ideas?

Try copy the content of the mail to a notepad or wordpad and print it.<br>

Did you go to Format/Paragraph/Line and Page breaks and select &quot;keep lines together&quot; ?<br>
