Printing a Visio 2000 Technical Edition document from a Citrix client.

Greetings all;

We are trying to print a Visio 2000 Technical Edition document from any Citrix client within our network. Upon clicking print and selecting the appropriate printer the job seems to process properly however, the print job never shows up in the queue of the intended printer. To troubleshoot, we first attempted to print the document directly from the Citrix server and were successful. We have temporarily allowed unlimited bandwidth to the printer via the CM console. Other applications that are installed to this same server print without flaw. To this point, our troubleshooting seems to point toward Visio but I just don't know. Thoughts, comments, ideas.....?

I have just experienced that after installing SP3. It only affected our more graphical applications. Without SP3 it works fine.

At what citrix version, FR/SP are yuo, what client are you using, do you use normal network, or autocreated printing, do you use UPD, or native printer drivers, what printer are we talking about?
