Printer unable to print mulitple copys

I have a networked printer and will not print mulitple copys other user can I have installed a secound networked printer and this one will print mulitple copys...
The secound one in too far to get my print out's
The O/S is Win98 The product is Ms word. warddo

try using the pcl5 driver that works the best with word because it sounds like a driver problem, remove the old driver 1st and then do the install and if it ask do not use the driver that is already there. So long and thanks for all the fish.

I said that this was a win98 Sorry it's a Winnt.
I have removed that printer and re installed it.
I have found that this problem is only in word. warddo

Update After reloading the printer drivers, Msoffice,adding printers, I have found that other users in the same office with WINNT box's are having the same problem
and I have installed the newest driver from HP's web site..

Any idea's warddo

will it print when logged in as admin. I have seen a porblem with local rights and word you may need to change your local right with poledit. So long and thanks for all the fish.

No I log in as admin with the same problem.
