Our Sales department prints off a lot of pictures for our Brochures e.t.c.

The spool files can become very large when they are printing multiple copies. Although i have explained this to them, when they are busy they still print numerous copies to save time. This slows our server down!!

Is there a way of setting a spool size limit, of say 50 mb to certain printers. We are using Windows 2000 Server.

Thanks in advance.

The only way I can think of is to create a 50MB partition and move your print spooler onto that partition. Glenn
