what do you mean this printer has its own Print server atacht.
You want me yo reintall the port?
please let me know

On the print server (atacht)when you install network printers, the printer connects to a port such as a TCP/IP Printer Port, LPR Port, JetDirect Port. When this port is defined you define an IP Address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway. If you go to the properties of the printer there is a "Ports" tab. Note what type of port your printer is using. If you are using an LPR Port, or a TCP/IP Port you want to click on "Configure Port" and use a different port than what you are using. For example, if you are using a TCP/IP Port, try configuring a "JetDirect Port". The idea is to try configuring a different port.

You may also want to check the disk space on your server. By default your spooler is on the C drive. Make sure you have enough disk space to support the amount of print jobs that go to the spooler. If you do not have enough disk space you will get spooler errors. Again, not saying this is the cause but you could try changing your print spooler to another logical drive other than the C drive. To change the location of the spooler you would have to go into Server Properties (Start==>Settings==>Printers==>File==>Server Properties==>Advanced). From the Advanced tab you can change the location of the spool folder.

Also, your error points to server SERVDOR3 but you mention that atacht is your print server. This does not make sense to me. I would think that SERVDOR3 is your print server. This is the server that is getting the errors.

Good luck! Let me know how you make out.

zoeythecat thanks for you help i think i know where exacly the problem is
i have the same Printers installed twice one with the PCL driver and the other one with the PS driver.

The problem is when clients prints to PS driver, i have uninstalled the ps driver and everyone worked fine.

But for some applications i still need the ps driver
The port settings one the ps driver is as the following
Protocol Raw Port 9100

hope this helps.
thanks

Sounds familiar. We have an HP8100 in our environment. For users to be able to print envelopes properly they need the PS Driver. If this is a network printer you are probably better off leaving the network printer with the PCL driver and connecting to the printer from the clients via IP Address (via creating a Standard TCP/IP Port) and using the PS driver that way. Sounds like you have already done this.

Good find on your part.
