I have a job stuck in the queue and I can't delete it not from the server not from the user who send it and not even by restarting the printer and the print server!!!
Is there anyway to cancel the job without restarting my server??
Any kill commands??
(all my network printers are installes as local printers on my NT4 PDC server and are shared to everyone else.)

Yeah. restart the print spooler. go into services -> then start and stop the spooler. that the best and easiest way

Thanks alot I havn't thought of that.....

FYI a quick .cmd file or Start->Run

net stop spooler
net start spooler

same as above just don't have to wait for Control->Services

This does usally fix this problem.
