The reports have been designed in landscape mode and when previewed in the ActiveX viewer it looks the same, but when
printing then the orientation gets set to the client machine 's default printer orientation. This seems to be the problem only on Windows 2000. Can anybody Help??

Just a thought...have you went into the Printer properties on the client machine and set them to what you are wanting to print?

I ran into the same problem and found out that it is a known SCR 8.5 bug. The trackingID 53431 in Crystal Knowledge Base is assigned for it.
