I have recently purchased a new printer which has a USB connector on it. Is there some way I can adapt this printer to an RJ-45 plug and have it on the network, so I would be printing to an IP address.
I have a cable modem feeding a 4 port switch. From the switch one output is for a wireless LAN. I would like to plug the printer directly to one of the outputs, so regardless of a computer being turned on or off the printer is "always" available.
