Printer issues

I have a Crystal XI report that needs to be printed on a specific labels printer.

I developed this report and successfully printed to the printer.

When moving this report out to the user for testing, I noticed that the printer form defaults to LETTER even though the printer has a specific form the report uses.

I need to make the report retain the original form and not change to the default form, the user does not want to constantly change this form.

How can this be done? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I'm working on the same problem right now.
I'll let you know how/if I resolve it.

I expect I'll just have to set the page back to LTR size, and make sure the fields are in the top-left corner of the sheet.
