Printer drivers are removed after error message comes up! 1

Hi!

I have a NT workstation that gets an error message about SPOOLSS.exe when you try to print after a few printings. After this error message comes up, there is not printer drivers! they all vanish! Everything is working fine upto that point and reinstalling the drivers does work, but the person using the computer prints alot of stuff from more than three different printers, so we are looking for another way to fix the problem.

Your print spooler is dying. To get your printers back restart the spooler service in Control Panel | Services.

To try and correct the problem, first try installing or reapplying the latest service pack (6a)

If this doesn't solve the problem then please post back with more information (software installed, error messages etc)
