Printer Connection

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create an information page for my company's intranet. I want the page to have a list showing all the printers that users have access to, and have a hyperlink that connects to the printer, but i can not get the hyperlink to work. If i open ie and type "\\server\printer" into the address bar it will connect to the printer, but if i make a hyperlink to do this it fails.

Does any one have any ideas of how i can get around this problem?
