Print to File option missing

I have a user that has somehow lost or deleted his Print to file option. He does alot of work with creating Adobe pdf files and so this is critical. He says the last thing he did was uninstall a previous version of Adobe. Does anyone know how to get this option back? He really can't afford the time it would take me to reload everything on his system.
