Hello,

Is there a way to print via TCP/IP under win9x?
Thanks
Aosta

Sure, windows networking print sharing uses IP. Not through the internet though. Just on a local network.

Maybe I didn't explain it completely. I hava a LAN where the users are printing through a local server (Novell). I'm in the process to remove the Novell servers and implementing a w2k domain. The server where these users will be autentificated is not local, so I CAN'T add a network printer.
Some users have win 2K/XP and they could easily print through the printer's IP. That't why I was asking is there a way to print through the printer's IP under win9x
Thanks
Acosta
