Dear All,
We have an Epson AcuLaser C900 and are using an
Intel NetPort Express 10/100 2port print server
to connect to its Parallel Port.
All works perfectly fine while there is one job
in the queue - but the second a user submits
a second job the print ceases to print and flashes
the status lights to indicate a "protocol error".
This is very anoying, because it means it will only
work while there is one job in the queue, and users
can't submit another one until the first is completed.
If the printer is plugged into a workstation and shared
that way, it will print perfectly - but obvioustly this
restricts where we can locate the printer.
Any comments would be apprechiated.
Regards,
Robert
