Print screen error??

Had anyone experienced a print screen error in 6.5 of Extra? I have cleared out the header as posted ealier but that has not worked. Any suggestions?

Currently experiencing same issue on 6.5 with HP4250tn.
Tried many drivers with no success.

I switched to the HP 4000 series PCL6 driver (older) and now the app doesn't crash
