I have just noticed that my print preview is off....in word, excel, access and every else..

what it does is the software (office) prints every to the far right...as if there is no margin on the right side..and "half" of the page is on the paper in portrait or landscape..

I "fiddled" with tabs and margin settings and even put them at the default settings but it still does that...

now when I open up the same documents on my other computer every prints out fine and print preview shows the documents centered and not way to the right like my first computer....

can somebody please help me out...

Hi Tejanorey,

If every application is doing it, but on one computer only, it sounds like the Printer settings - the ones under Control Panel > Printers, not just the ones inside the Office Applications.

Enjoy,
Tony

TonyJ,

That is a clever idea....makes me wonder how I overlooked that step...

I will give it a shot when I get home...

THanks again..
