First of all I've REALLY appreciated the help that I've received thus far! I have made a form, which is within the boundaries of the paper that I'll be printing on. When I use PRINT PREVIEW it displays NOTHIN'. I have another EXACT same size form that prints perfectly. My text boxes and labels are ALL within the DETAIL portion of the form. There is nothing in the header/footer either. Both of my forms are identical except that my new one just won't display nor print. This is a VERY irritating problem that I've had repeatedly!!! ANY suggestions will be welcome!!!!!!!!

When you open the form in FORM view, does it display existing data? I think if you have the form set for "ADD ONLY" kind of stuff, it may not develop a printable image...

I just tried setting a form's DATAENTRY property to YES, and when I did a print-preview, the page was blank. Except for the command buttons in the footer section.

JMH How many of you believe in telekinesis? Raise my hand...
