Hi,

Couldn't think of a better subject title, sorry.

What I'm trying to achieve is to create a 'User Print Preview' toolbar, which is not a problem for commands such as 'Print...', 'Zoom', 'Zoom Dropdown Listbox', and 'Close'.

The other commands featured on the standard 'Print Preview' toolbar include 'One Page', 'Two Pages', and 'Multiple Pages'. These are the commands I want to add to my 'User Print Preview' toolbar, but I cannot find the commands listed anywhere in the Customize dialog box! I would have suspected that they would be listed in the 'View' commands list but no such luck. :(

So, does anyone know where I can drag and drop these commands from? Other than taking them from the standard 'Print Preview' toolbar I can't find them. I would prefer to keep standard toolbar intact.

Thanks in advance. :)

I couldn't find it in there either, but as a work around, you can do the following:

While in the customize mode

Open the Print Preview Toolbar
Drag the buttons of the toolbar onto the custom toolbar that you need it on
Select the Print Preview Toolbar item in the Toolbar list.
Click on Reset
Click on Close

End of Task
