print picture in IE 6

Hi!

We got a problem when you leftclick on a picture in Internet Explorer and choose print picture nothing come out in the printer and you cant shutdown IE after that. You can stil surf but not quit IE. In a RDP session everything works just fine. Help!

Just an idea: maybe the popup window is can not be visible, that you can OK, or push enter or something...or a clipboard problem in citrix.

Question, if you are in Citrix desktop, then you are realize the same thing?
2. Difference if you are admin or not?

I don't think that's it. If i log in with a RDP session i get the same popup window as in an ICA session but it works in the RDP session.

It doesn't matter if admin or not... same error.

The problem only occur when i enable FR3. it works fine in FR2.
I cant find anything in citrix Knowledge Base. Please help!

I've found something:

Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration can restrict Internet browsing:

Users can be restricted in browsing the internet from an ICA session if the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is enabled. This feature is enabled by default when Windows Server 2003 is installed. To allow users to browse the Internet easily follow these steps: 1. Open Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel. 2. Click Add/Remove Windows Components. 3. Click Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration and click Details. 4. Make sure the setting "For all other user groups" is not selected. Click OK. For security, you may want to leave Internet browsing restricted for the administrator group.
