I haven't heard of one, nor have I seen any forums on the site in any other language.
But click on the 'Contact Us' link at the top and ask the folks who run this. They may know of something.

Why don't you do a Google search. If you choose some keywords that describe the type of technical information you are looking for, and enter them into Google in Greek, it will find sites in Greek that match those terms.
