Print error on Windows2000

I print some document on windows 2000 professional to a printer. After I restart the computer, the jobs that I had already printed before I restart the machine are printed again. Could anyone can help me solve it??

sounds like the job is stuck in the spooler follow this link(watch the wrap at the end or search by q article number) this should help

According to the article, I need to remove the read only attribute from the spool file, but I find that the read only box is unchecked. Is there any other solution??

After I print the job, I go to that folder and check the spool file properties. I find that the spool file is still alive and the read only attribute is not checked. Then I delete the file and test the printing function again. The problem is still in here.

Does it do this with only this particular document or is it any file? WHat program are you printing from? Is this printer local or network? What kind of printer is it? If you like my post let me know if I blow an answer...well it's probably late and I have had too many beers! Cheers!!

I get the same problem from both local(HP laserjet 6p) and network printer(IBM info print 20). I have tried other document even print the test page, the problem is still in here. I have found that another PC also with Windows2000 has the same problem.
