I'm trying to print a report with some pages in portrait & some pages in landscape orientation. I can't split them into separate reports becos the report needs to have a total count of page (eg Pg N of M)[sadeyes] .

Can this be done? If yes, how do I do it?

Thank you.

As far as I know, this is not possible in a single report. However if you use a subreport, subpreport can have different page orientation

hi aurobindosaha

thank you for your reply.

the report consits of several subreports. in the printer setup, i can only select either landscape of portrait that is 'forcing' the report to be printed in either orientation :-(

am i doing something wrong here??? [neutral]

Are you using Crystal Enterprise or Crystal Reports? In Crystal Reports, subreports can't change page orientation, though they can use only part of the page width.

There may be a third-party solution: try doing a SEARCH on the Crystal pages. (Click on my ID and you'll see them listed, along with other forums I am a member of.)
