I unchecked the create group tree option under report options and when I view on the web, it does not have a print button, any ideas?

Which Report Viewer do you use? Different viewer have different functionalities. As I know, activeX has most functionalities, Java viewer will be less, if DHTML viewer, will not printer button at all.

BTW: You can go to crystal support website to find the document related to this issue.
