On TCP/IP properties of our Exchange server, we have
DNS primary address and
Alternative primary address set on TCP/IP address
WHen DNS primary server is down, shouldn't the exchange server look to alternative dns server to resolve names or to locate GC server?
That's the purpose of setting up alternative dns address, right?
Just want to confirm as I notice its not what happening.
