PRI227 : User iNfo Discarded 1

One of our sites (Option 11C- Succession 3)has been experiencing frequent cut-offs. LCNT on the loop is 0. The local carrier tested the line and confirmed okay. When a call is disconnected we get the following error;

PRI227 DCH: 13 DATA: 0000000D
CAUSE :USER INFO DISCARDED
STATE : CALL INIT ST

Here is the setting on the route:

Just got another error message and this time it reads:

PRI227 DCH: 13 DATA: 0000000D
CAUSE :UNIMPLEMENTED IE
STATE : CALL INIT ST

please advise how to correct this problem. Thanks again.
 
toggle serv msgs on that pri and see if that causes a change..

DTI002 and DTI006 came up and then

PRI101 3 21 CAUSE 82
PRI227 DCH: 13 DATA: 0000000D CAUSE :USER INFO DISCARDED
STATE : NULL STATE

this PRI101 error was repeated from channel 23 all the way down to ch 1.

Error Description:
PRI0101 loop ch c
The B-channel (ch) is locked out because a RELCOMP or RELEASE message
has been received with one of the following cause (c) values: 82 =
channel does not exist 44 = requested channel is not available
6 = alternate channel not acceptable

Please help. Thnak you
 
what is your serv msg state? i've never has serv msgs lock down a channel..

you might need to dis msdl x enl msdl x fdl IF the pri is down it will not hurt.. if your programed data does not match the downloded ver, problems are common

A PBX tech has been dispatched to that site and is now coordinating with the local carrier in troubleshooting the problem. Will keep you posted.
