Is the PRI programmed for in and out? (IOA)

yes it`e set for in and out, and i can dial in and out .
as you know i recieved 30 channel from Publick switch with a pilot DN for them, on this PRI when dial out ,just the pilot dn appear on the other side.
a on the first PRI the target line on the phone appear on the other side .
i RECIEVED 4 DIGIT FROM THE pstn , and the LDN0 IS 4 DIGIT.

I guess I didn't understand your Terminology and I still don't. You said Target Line on phone, are you talking about a BCM or a Norstar system? if so your in the wrong forum.

first we tacking about CS1000.
lets me explain what i mean :
lets say first Pri ( 30 channel) with folowing th DN`Se :
8765430 TO 8765460 (30 DN`S), and consider the first dn is the pilot, mean if i dial ACOD 9 and calling your phone, you will see my pilot on your phone calling you>
now if i program 8765445 as IDC to my extension and calling you from that extension, i think you shoud notice this number(8765445) on your phone , a not the pilot .
my question is : the first PRI workS ok , A the second pri it just send the pilot dn, is ther something i have to do with LDN0 , LDN1 ? or if CLID HOW??

I think you need a Vendor.
