PRI to T1 switch

I have a PRI that my customer wants to switch to a T1 to break it up into two seperate trunk groups, using the same hardware(Dual T1 card,CSU,..etc). Other side in a DMS250. The DMS tech says his system is set up for Wink, other choices were loop,ground, and immediate. I could not get the T1 to work. Went thru many combinations. TIE,DID,COT,WAT with EM4,EAM,... I even tried setting them up a loop and ground start. Nothing worked. He just kept saying all he saw was a constant siezure and I would see the same most of the time but, saw idle condition a few times. It works great a a PRI.. Does anyone have a Basic T1 interfacing with a DMS that could help?....It sould have been simple...

i believe this worked with a DMS for a plain non-PRI T1 (DTI)

almost total default, if your using the posted route. the rtmb would be 200 1, other then that i can't think of a change unless cls dip is still used. so at the cls dtn, if the provider is send tone.. not at work or i could post one
