PRI Problems on MICS 4.1 4

Recently upgraded a MICS 4.1 to a PRI T1 from a standard T1. Ever since the upgrade, the PRI T1 functions for about a week, then it stops processing calls on all but 1 channel. The carrier is pointing their finger at the equipiment, but we can't identify what the source of the problem might be.

Here are the error codes that we have been getting. Does anyone have any idea what might account for these and what we could change to eliminate the problem? Right now I am going to likely swap out the cabinet for a newer version of software and see if that fixes the issue.

Any feedback would be really appreciated.

Alarm 75 - Check connection to ISDN
Event 210 - Maintenance test started
Event 211 - Test completed
Event 90 - ISDN related.

And yes you did not upgade far enough.

I have a couple (2) of 4.1's with PRI's and not a single problem. Saying that, I would suggest upgrading to 7.1 to be safe.

PRI was hit and miss with the software all the way to the last RLS of 6.1.
That being said I do have some 4.1 out there with no issues also but Nortel will not support it if I try to open any ticket on it.

I have many 4.1s with no issues, but have learned on this forum, to upgrade to at least 6.1.

To expand on what Deweyhumbolt wrote, if you go to R6.1 it should be the MR release that displays G10 as the last 3 characters when checking the system version under Maintenance. This seems to be the most stable release for use with PRI prior to R7.1.
