PRI problem

I have CS1K with DTM extensions with a PRI.

Few days ago It started not receiving call on few extensions. Let's say Ext 1359 (external number 226401359) does not receive external calls. The ext. receives internal calls with no problem but not external. The message in the calling phone is "extension temporary out of service". It is happening in three extensions.
Can some one guide me on finding the problem?

Like I said, the message in the calling phone is "extension temporary out of service" only for the external calls.
 
Go into LD 22 and print off the history file.

Look for any errors to do with DCH, DTM etc. Also check the LED status on the PRI card. You might have to reset the PRI circuit.

Check LD 49 for IDC also make sue the phones are not forwarded

How do I reset thePRI? DIS and ENL only does not work for it
 
You will need to disable the D-channel first in LD 96 and then the loop in LD 60
 
As a start enable the DCH Messaging in LD 96 call the number see if you are getting the incoming setup message before you start trying to figure out if you have a config issue.
