Opt 61c, Succ 3.0, SCCS 4.2, Genesys IVR
Hi all,
I have 2 PRI's built as NI2 interface. Call comes in, route to a CDN that gives a ROUTE TO command to a Genesys IVR connected via Lineside T-1. One of the options in the IVR requires a transfer to an external number. I made this option a CDN that gives another Route To command to 9 and the external number. Works fine except when a call comes in and the call type is unknown, it fails at the PBX and gives a fast busy. I was on the phone with the CO ISDN tech monitoring the messages and the CO never sees an outgoing message call setup. Again this only happens when the inbound call type reads "Unknown" in the ISDN message of the call setup. This occurs when calls are generated from some PBX's and certain cell carriers e.g. Nextel and US Cellular.
Any ideas of what I can tweak in the PBX?
Couple things I already tried:
Have the CDN ROUTE TO the trunk ACOD + number (bypassing BARS).
Instead if sending the option to a CDN, I sent it to a Phantom 500 that DCFW to the external number.
TRMB on the route is set to yes.
CFXA is set in CLS of 500 port.
Thanks.
