PRI lines show only name no number.

Hi,
I have MICS XC7.0. I have 3 DID lines which ring and appear twice on all 40 phones. If call comes in, you see the number for a second, then the name of the caller. Once you answer the name stays. If you press "info" you will see the line number, if you press it again the name of the caller appears. I have some private DID lines Appearing and ringing on only one phone. They show up name, number and line number under info.
Is there a limit for number of DID lines which can pass that info on the sets?

There is no limit on Call ID.
Not sure I am clear on your issue though....;seems as if it works?.

I'm getting the name only, no number of the caller on those 3 lines.

I'm assuming you're using PRI.

You say you see the number for a second before the call is answered? Do you mean the line number, or the caller's ID?

Under Terminals&Sets/Telco, you've got the option to show first either name, or number on a per set basis.

Regardless of how it's set, you should be able to toggle the clid with the info softkey.

I see caller ID number for the second. Then when I toggle the display with the soft key I'm getting only Caller name, line number,and caller name again. On the DID line assignet just to one phone I can toggle trought Name, number and line number.
