PRI keycode invalid on new MICS 6.1

Installed new mics 6.1, keycode retrieval now from website only, recieved keycode from nortel, when entered in ksu comes back as "invalid".

I would contact Nortel ITAS and indicate that the keycode you were supplied with came up invalid. They will provide another keycode that will work.

I would be getting with Nortel direct on that. ITAS should be able to let you know if your Auth code was corrupt..
