Star with your MSN setup under incoming call routes:
For example purposes lets take DID of 555-555-1212 where the CO is sending 1212, your PRI is incoming group ID 0 and you want to send it to user 1212 at a remote site that has all 12xx series extensions.
Incoming call Route:
Line group ID: 0
Incoming Number: -1212
Destination: 1212
Now for the routing to the other site create this shortcode again assuming that no users locally are in the 12xx series extension range but all at the remote are. Also lets assume that your outgoing line group for the IP trunk between the two sites is 12
Shortcode:
Shortcode: 12xx;
Telephone Number: 12N
Line Group ID: 12
Feature: Dial
If your centralizing VMP then there are a few other things that you will need to do.
System > Voicemail tab
Voicemail Type: Line
Voicemail Destination: 12
Shortcodes>Modify *17 (you might be able to use ?U here but this is the way I do it)
Shortcode: *17
Telephone Number: *17
Line Group: 12
Feature: Dial
Hmmm, probably something I forgot but this will get you started.
