PRI channels locking intermittantly

Have a Option 11c RLS 24 with two PRI circuits. the point to point is fine. The other one has problems on the dchannel. About every two days PRI 1 locks channels on the Pri. When locked up if more than a line is busy, additional callers get a fast busy when calling in. I have replaced the PRI card and the Dchannel daughterboard and it was good for a week. It has locked twice now this week. The CSU has shown some carrier alarms in the last 24 hours and after clearing the history I have one yello alarm today. Is the next step replace the clock or bug the vendor for a new circuit?

Interesting. I had a similar problem at a customer served out of a "remote DMS". Channels would go into LCKO, then even if there were additional channels available/idle, incoming callers would get reorder or sometimes even a recording from the CO. Resetting the DCH would clear it...for a few days or week. Then it would occur again

I don't know exactly what the problem was at the CO, but they did admit it was something they inadvertently set during a CO upgrade. When they "un-did the change" the problem stopped.

I can reset the channels by disable n re-enable in software.
I set up testing for tonight with the carrier.
If it were the clock I think it would be more consistant issues. Thanks, that backs up my theory.
