PRI Card Implementation Only IP-PT Makes Outgoing calls

Please help me after implementing PRI Card installation in TDE100 the incoming is okay but outgoing call only IP-PT can call the SLT and Digital phone send busy?? Why it is?? I need feedback. Thanks

Set codec G.711 in port property - virtual IP extension.
It's a column "IP codec priority".
