PRI Bouncing- Timing Issue

Since a hard reset to correct a VM down, the PRI in an Option 11 is bouncing- RLS RED ALRM, RLS CTS DOWN, EST CONFIRM. every 3-5 minutes. I think the last changes to remove 2 T's and start the PRI may not have been saved, but it was done by a previous tech, who is no longer available. I'm not up to speed, but worked on these years ago. I contacted Bell to check the PRI, but I see the old T's CC lamp flashing. The first 3 slots in Cab 0 (Main) have TMDI's, but only the third is in use.

In LD 60 tie to TRCK FRUN and than switch back to TRCK PCK.

I disabled all cards & moved the first TMDI card to slot 3, since it has the Clock control daughter on it. I re-enabled and moved clocking to card 3.Why it worked before, I don't know. All the old programming was left in. It's working for now...Thanks for the replies

could be someone forced the clock to the slot, i've seen that happen but when you get a power slot, the clock goes to default and you get major slips
