PRI and CLID issues with 7.0.23

Currently running IPO 7.0.23 with PRI. Customer in 320 area code and getting 320320XXXXXXX on CLID. Somehow CLID is inserting 320 on all calls(local and LD).Removed 320 from ICR and checked PRI programming.Carrier says it's switch issue.I can see CLID in system status seeing 320320.

have you not read all of the posts here detailing the various issues
stick to V7.0.12

Incoming CLI is very likely to be the carrier, they always blame the kit so they don't have to fix anything. There is no way to manipulate Incoming CLI even if you wanted to :)
