Prevents users from using the scroll in their mouse

I have an edit check where they can't click next button until they enter the result. But it turns out there's a loop hole where the user can use the scroll in their mouse to go to the next record w/o clicking the next button. If I can't prevent this, then there's no purpose in doing the edit check. Please help!

Hi,

in form properties (Other tab) you can change the cycle property to current record or you can disable the mouse wheel totally, have a look at thread181-813973
